I'm in midland for new hire orientation, which also counts as day 1 of the new job! The headquarters of Concho Resources is located in midland, TX so I imagine I will be a more regular visitor. I'm so excited to start this job, but at the same time I've been a bit sad that I won't get to spend my mornings with the cutest little baby girl... I'm sure it will get easier.
