Ross and I have been making sushi at home. It certainly took us long enough for us to jump onto the "homemade sushi" bandwagon!
Sushi is not for everyone, but recognize that it is an admired taste. We like to use sushi grade tuna, but we also make sushi with smoked salmon. Cream cheese goes well with the smoked salmon, but other toppings include avocado, bell pepper, and cucumber.
The most time consuming part is making the white rice, which is NOT just your average run of the mill rice either.
