Sudafed and Halls

Not to totally bore you, I'll sum up my weekend with a picture...


There's a very short list of meds you can take when pregnant:
    •   Pseudoephedrine or Phenylephrine (Sudafed) regular dose
    •   Tylenol/Acetaminophen‐Regular dose, follow package directions, up to 1000mg at a time, do NOT exceed 4000mg in a 24 hour period.
    •   Robitussin DM‐Regular dose
    •   Mentholated cough/throat lozenges as needed.
    •   Claritin/Zyrtec 
Note, no NyQuil or other "knock you out" meds :(

Not Roma's most favorite weekend either...
