A Surprise 60th Birthday!

Dad was utterly stunned on Thursday after work when he came home... all his siblings had flown into Houston for a family birthday celebration in his honor! The icing on the cake was when brother walked in the house late that night. It was such a special weekend, which took lots of coordination and planning to ultimately make it all a complete surprise to Dad (go Mom!). I know the weekend was a success because I feel a couple pounds heavier after all the good food (Killen's Brisket and central market beef fajitas) and I'm sad the weekend is over and we have to return to reality tomorrow.
